This beautifully modern 1,000 sq. ft. condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style. Located just a short walk from Peak 9, the Quicksilver lift, and Breckenridge’s vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, and bars, it’s an ideal spot for both winter and summer adventures. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, providing plenty of space for your entire family or group.

Upon entry, you’re greeted by the spacious living room, beautifully decorated with cozy furnishings and a gas fireplace. Relax on the comfy couch and enjoy the ambiance of a crackling fire while watching the snow fall outside. Adjacent to the living area is the dining table, seating six, where you can gather for home-cooked meals prepared in the fully remodeled kitchen. Just beyond the dining area, step outside to your private, covered balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.

The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs and offer ample clothing storage. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy the resort-style amenities that come with your stay, including multiple hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. The condo also offers free parking for 1 vehicle and nearby ski shuttle pick-up, ensuring easy access to the slopes.

  The unit was newly remodeled and in a great location. It was loud, as noted by other reviewers. Also, the in unit dryer was basically useless. I only rent in places with in unit washer/dryer so this was kind of a big deal to us. For that reason, I would not rent this unit again.

  First the good.. the condo is as pictured with updated decor and a LOT of lighting, something not often found in ski condos. The condo is well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and small bottles of toiletries in the bathroom.
  
  The condo is well situated located near the Quicksilver chair on peak 9. You can walk past the pool to the lift or take the brown bus from Mill Road to other locations on the mountain or in town. Download the transit app.
  
  Areas for improvement mostly surround customer service. I was texted before I arrived and was told to text if I had concerns. While this initially seemed great, none of my concerns were addressed by the texts which sounded like they were written by an AI agent. Most upsetting, I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with the internet company to fix a wifi issue. For future, call the office (which is only open until 5 - not so helpful for a ski schedule).
  
  The management company also has to put more effort into maintaining the condo. From a dirty oven to loose knobs on the toilet and bathroom sink, this great condo will lose its cache if attention to detail is not maintained.

  The visit started with excellent communication from the rental management company. I had read reviews that the unit was loud and you could hear your neighbors- this was definitely true. The unit was redone with nice touches and the kitchen and bathrooms were good. The problem started when the dryer NEVER worked properly. There was a sign taped to the front of the dryer on how to “fix it” but no matter how many times I followed directions it failed to work. The management company did not have a solution and just told me to let my wet clothes sit in the washer and maybe it would work again. This was a huge problem - I cannot imagine being here in the winter and needing clothes dried. Get a new dryer.

  Updated condo rental that is well designed, clean and has the essentials. The master bath shower is a real luxury and the location is great for Peak 9. The hot tubs and pool are in view of the balcony, making it a great spot for amenities. Not a deal breaker but keep in mind, the floor noise from the unit above is quite loud even with simple movement. You can easily smell neighbors enjoying themselves so keep that in mind if you’re sensitive or have young kids. The dryer also was tricky even with the instructions. The gas fireplace is not in order and an electrical unit is there for the interim.

  We had a great time in this Breckenridge condo. It was well situated - a short walk to the mountain, next to the pool, etc. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The only downside was that when our upstairs neighbors had people over on Friday night, it was noisy.

  Great things: LOCATION! Very handy to get to downtown by walking, right by with easy access to Blue River. The pool and hot tub situation was great. The condo is close by but noise from the pool area was not heard inside. Kitchen had everything you would need and the shower in the primary was luxurious!
  
  Not so great things: Noise from the upstairs! You can hear EVERYTHING! Walking, talking, music. This can be very annoying especially later at night. Often it’s not the upstairs neighbor’s fault although sometimes (3 AM) it was. Big problem! The dryer in the unit is terrible. It beeps constantly that there is a malfunction. Works maybe 10 percent of the time. We tried everything to get this thing to work consistently - it’s an issue. The primary bedroom needs a dresser. No place to put clothes except one small closet there. Had to use the dresser in the “kids” bedroom which is a nuisance for sure. Carpet in the bedrooms needs to be deep cleaned or replaced, not a huge issue. When on the balcony, which is nice, you get some pool noise during the day, minor issue.

  The condo was very convenient to downtown Breckenridge - easily walkable. Nice pool with a several hot tubs. Good beds. Seating in the living room works for four. If you have six in your party they would sit in dining room chairs. View from the balcony is the other condo building and trees. Good communication from the proprietor.

  Our family had a great time in this condo. The company was helpful in getting us a crockpot (listed on the website but not in the condo). The dryer is very particular and has a lot of errors. Using youtube videos, we managed to get it working again. The kitchen has minimal items, but you can make do. The dishes are for six people but the condo can sleep 8. We had 7 people. Loved the heated floors. It was easy to walk to peak 9. We would stay here again.

  This place is amazing!!!! It has everything!!! Im in construction and have a good eye for quality and the remodel was really well done. The pictures are accurate and the place is gorgeous. Its a great location and a quick walk to Quicksilver and town but still off the beating path. Pool and Spa were awesome and literally can see them from the balcony. HEATED floors in BOTH bathrooms that actually work very well!. Has all the stuff you need to cook plus some. Management company is responsive and super nice. We will be coming back soon
