And with downtown Breckenridge just a few blocks away, you can easily stroll to shops, dining, and entertainment – no car required.

As the name suggests, Tanenbaum by the River sits right alongside the river, allowing you to relax to the soothing sounds of the water as it trickles by in the summer and fall. Take it all in from your private balcony and enjoy the mountain air.

Inside, the condo is warm, open, and inviting – ideal for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, a large flat-screen LCD TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Just across the entry is the spacious, fully updated kitchen with ample counter space and all the essentials to whip up family meals.   Nice spacious condo with fireplace, close to Peak 9, deck off back that overlooks river. Very quiet and peaceful location. Short walk to a shared pool and four hot tubs. The place had everything we needed, including a humidifier.

  This is the second time I have rented this condo. There is plenty of room for all of us to sleep and the kitchen and family room are great. The location is great since it is walkable to everything yet quiet and peaceful setting. Only drawback is if someone in the unit above is walking or dancing around...otherwise a great place.

  This was our 5th stay in Breck. This was by far the most expensive AirBnB and was disappointed in the quality. The carpets were dirty and stained. The bath mats needed to be washed. The furniture location didn’t make sense. The tv didn’t face any of the beds in the second room. The fireplace switches don’t work and needed to turned on manually.

  This condo was as wonderful as the pictures and narrative description. Very clean, well maintained, beautiful river view from the balcony, management was very attentive and timely in communication. I would highly recommend this property for rental.
  The only negative: this unit is on the second floor- during the last 2 nights of our stay a family with at least 4 children rented the unit above us and they were very loud.

  The space was great, enough beds for everyone. It's in a beautiful setting, we saw moose one day in the woods behind the condo. About a 5-10 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. The hot tubs wee the only issue. Only about one or two fo them would get hot and there were always too many people trying to enjoy what little space was avaialble.

The property management company was not very responsive or attentive and the parking instructions were very unclear. We were not told we could only have 1 car in the parking lot until arrival and were told to display a parking pass we were never given.

  Really convenient location, easy ~7 minute walk to Quicksilver Lift, 4 hot tubs across the street, and easy walk to town.
  
  Condo is well equipped, everything you need. Will say the pictures make it look a tad larger than it is, but still plenty of room, and all the beds, plus super convenient to have 3 showers when you have a bigger group.

  Excellent stay.
  Minor things for improvement were:
  1) kitchen could have used some siran wrap or at least some small containers for food left overs
  2) I would have appreciated better instructions/directions for the public bus to access the ski area from the condo AND where to go for the only overnight parking for additional cars...which was pretty far away but just required some planning.
  The condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely rent there again. Thank you..
