  The vacation rental was great! The rental was clean and in a great location to access downtown Breckenridge. We enjoyed the pool and several of the hot tubs on property. The living room furniture is in need of an upgrade as it is dated and very uncomfortable. But overall I recommend this rental.

  We stayed here on vacation with our teenagers. Great location, walking distance to everything. Clean, stocked home. Kept windows open and fans going to cool the air. Pool was fun to use after hiking nearby.

  Location was great, parking easy. Nice short walk to the downtown area and ski lifts. This particular unit is quite dated however, and the overall condition of the furniture, mattresses and amenities was unexpectedly poor. Kids enjoyed the escape room. We used Instacart for grocery delivery as the stores were jammed.

  The location was wonderful. Our reservation was not at the location when we arrived and waited for over 1/2 hour to get into our room. The wifi never worked after several attempts of being told it should be working. The soap dishes and bath accessories were old and peeling paint. The description says AC and there was no AC.

  We had the absolute best stay! We had a slight miscommunication about a baby pack and play and the management office quickly stepped in to help us and bring us one immediately. Anytime we would ask a question they were so quick at responding! We also had a humidifier break and they brought up a new one for us to use. I'd highly recommend booking your next vacation through Breckenridge Resort Managers!
