  My son and I had a fabulous time, the condo was just as depicted in the pics and management is very responsive. Excellent location close to downtown. The only recommendation I’d have is to update the windows and screens as they were a little hard to lift open. I would stay there again, thanks for a lovely experience!

  Our stay at Base 9 was nothing short of amazing! Everything we wanted to do in Breck was less than a 10 minute walk and the dual king suites were perfect for 2 couples to have a relaxing weekend! Will definitely be back!

  We stayed here for 2 weeks in July. Everything about the apartment was great! The beds are wonderful, the kitchen well appointed. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. AND, it's within walking distance to dining, shopping, groceries, etc. We loved our stay.
