    3 Star on Cleanliness : Reason was the accumulation of dirt/dust on bathroom fan shroud as well as the top of the refrigerator. Everything else was nice clean but the amount of grime in those two areas that are seen and passed frequently can really skew a mindset about cleanliness of the entire unit. Thank You

    Booked through Air BnB. Easy access to everything in Beckenridge - Not really ski our or close to Snowflake lift. Easier to walk down hill and get Free GHold Route Shuttle to Peak 7 or 8. Complex was clean and HOT - boiler DEFINITELY works. Apartment was adequate for what we needed.

    We have rented #313 three times now. Overall it is a great place! An updated, comfortable, clean unit on the 3rd floor ( No elevator or luggage carts so be aware!) All the kitchen amenities you need to make meals, so close you are able to walk to Main Street and yet private. The view of the stream from the deck is definitely our favorite perk of this unit. There is only a small shared hot tub on property that was closed this summer, which was not disclosed on the listing. It is dog friendly which has never been an issue until this year. We had very irresponsible dog owners renting next door and we heard the their dog barking ALOT. Day and night until they eventually came back to the unit and were asked to control it. Also the first day of our trip the hot water was not working, made a phone call to management and it was resolved shortly after. Pleased with the quick response.

    This property was perfect for 2 adults If you have small kids I could see 1 or 2 small kids in the mix. It was clean exactly as described. Had all the appliances and utensils that you would need you wanted to cook. But honestly you are steps away from downtown. Loved small walk to chair lift and then easy ski back to the apt at the end of the day. Great experience would definitely book again given the chance

    Great location, quiet but very close to Main Street where most of the action is. Ski In- Walk Out location. Easy entry and use instructions and Guest book in property has plenty of useful info. Clean, pictures are accurate, very pleasant stay!

    we had an amazing time. It was just me and my daughter this trip. It would’ve been nice if there was a few more things offered in the kitchen Like coffee and sugar but overall the experience was great. Just A short walk up the hill to the snowflake lift, and easy to ski back into.

    This rental was very clean and supplied with all the essentials. Kitchen was well stocked. Cute decorating touches throughout. Building was also very clean, as well as all common area such as lobby and laundry. Good location to get on the mountain. A couple small issues for us...table only had stools that were very uncomfortable/no backs. Couldn't sit to eat, work or play. Also, lighting was poor. Wall sconces with clear glass shades at eye level with Edison bulbs. Place not as bright during day as it looks in the picture.
