    We stayed here with my son during our trip to Copper Mountain and had a wonderful experience. Even though the resort is about 20 minutes away, the location was still very convenient for us.

    The condo itself is beautiful, very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the amenities — the pool was a big highlight! My son had an amazing time there, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

    The property was well-maintained, and the whole stay felt comfortable and relaxing. Communication with the management company was smooth and professional.

    Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this place!

    Summer quiet, just a few feet from the elevator, even the assigned parking spot was close to the elevator. Clean and comfortable, washer and dryer were upstairs which was a little inconvenient but was glad to have the in-unit appliances. Easily accessed with the key-code. Just 2 blocks from Main Street. We would stay again. Management e-mailed several times before our stay to give us information which was helpful.

    This place was perfect. Just a couple blocks from downtown and the cable cars. Would not have needed a car, the buses picked up everywhere. The condo was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Love that we didn’t need to worry about keys, we had codes for all entry points. Nice view from the patio. Perfect time to visit. All the summer activities are open, but the it was not crowded. Love the food and the tiki bar. We also went on an amazing rafting trip. Definitely recommend!

    First the good. Location very close to shops and restaurants. Theres underground parking with a designated space. The elevator in the parking garage made hauling luggage a breeze. Washer and dryer in the unit a definite plus for dirty hiking clothes. Really nice view from the balcony. Main living space is smallish but for just the two of us it was ok. I think 4 adults would be crowded. Kitchen is adequately equipped. The courtyard is very nice with plants, flowers and seating. Pool and hot tub are inside but the pool was under repairs while we were there.
    The bad. We were without hot water for two nights. We got in from hiking and there was no hot water for showering. Reported it the next morning to management and were told they were aware of it. Got in from second day of hiking and yet again no hot water. No communication from management either. We had to boil water and take a sponge bath to clean up. Infuriating. Gross. Unacceptable.
    If you're looking for high end (we were not) this is not it. It's dated but adequate for a few days in town. The whole property could use a refresh to make it brighter, cheerier and more welcoming. If you have kids, there is only 1 small tv and its in the main living space. Not an issue with us. We wanted to love it and say we'll be back but we just can't.

    Spacious loft for me and my friend gave us each our own space and most importantly, each our own proper queen bed. It’s a great location, with an easy walk to the gondola or Main Street. The management staff was easy to get hold of and helpful.

    The location was fantastic, however the property managers/hosts were not. We had issues with checking in (were sent the wrong instructions), water leakage in one of the bathrooms (onto our stuff), parking, etc. and there was very poor communication/outreach by the staff to resolve issues.

    My friends and I adored this condo! It was within walking distance to the gondola and just a short stroll to different restaurants and bars in breckenridge. It was so spacious and comfortable; we will hope to rent it again next year during the holidays.
