The upper level features an open loft overlooking the foyer and great room, complete with a 60-inch flat-screen TV, a daybed, and a desk/office space. Enjoy high-speed Comcast Gigabit Internet, ideal for staying connected while on vacation.

On the main level, the master bedroom boasts magnificent mountain views and is equipped with an adjustable compra-pedic king mattress, a gas fireplace, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bath offers a standalone shower, dual sinks, and a jetted tub. Also on this level is the chef's kitchen, complete with a flat-screen TV above the refrigerator, a formal dining area, a great room, a powder room, and a mudroom with a washer and dryer.   The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, unfortunately the home lacks significant comforts. The heating issues are a problem, it comes down to the structural design of the heating system that does not maintain comfortable temperatures across all floor levels. This is not just a minor issue, one room is freezing one is an over. The fireplace in the main family room did not work and seems to have been a problem for a while which was unfortunate. Overall the issues with the comforts pulled down the rating of our stay.

  We had three families stay here and it was the perfect amount of space. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, everyone had space to grab a hot shower every morning. Located a short drive to the slopes it was easy to drop off the skiers. The view from the main room was amazing, the fireplaces added that cozy touch. Would definitely stay here again!

  Our stay was good. Overall the house was great for our family. There were a couple things that made it a challenge. The driveway should have been plowed. We were prepared with proper vehicles, but either way it should be plowed. The kitchen was not properly set up. It was unclear where things were and where they should go. Several utensils were dirty in the drawers. We couldn’t find extra pillow cases for the extra pillows. When asked for them, we never received them. We had to call and ask for shampoo and conditioner. There was only shampoo and not enough for the bathrooms. Except for those issues, it was a great house with a beautiful view.

  The house was great, the location is beautiful. But it is freezing, the blankets are thin, the beds are uncomfortable, the "king" bed is two twins put together and one feels broken. There is NO soap anywhere in the house. We left dawn dish soap and some hand soap for the next person, but that was really frustrating. The fireplace didn't work, they needed to order parts.
  This house that could have easily been one of the best places really just needs a little bit more attention.
  
  On the hand the view was remarkable, even though there are neighbors it feels very private. The hot tub worked great, and we could fit all of us comfortably. The house was clean, and the mother in law apartment was really nice.
  
  Like I said just a few things to fix. The main reason I would not recommend it is because of the beds.

  The house was beautiful. Location great but was dirty. Hated the two twins pushed together to make a king idea. Worst nights sleep for the two couples that got those beds. Hated that we were given only one pillow each and there was no additional pillow cases for extra pillows in closets. Chairs in living room were disgusting. Found food and other items under the sofas. The water alarm went off continuously first two nights but was resolved. Oven didn’t work first 2 days but got resolved by super nice guys! Water was left in the humidifiers. Extra blankets just thrown in the corner of the closet. A used medicine pack was found IN the bed of one of the bunk beds. I would not recommend this place to my friends because of the dirtiness of it.

  First off we had an amazing family vacation! This is actually the second time we have stayed in Cloud Peak Vista. We stayed there about 5 years ago. The house has so much space for the entire family to spread out and have some privacy. The views and location can not be beat! The management company was very attentive. Unfortunately the oven did not work during our stay however the staff at the management company were very accommodating and did the best they could in making the best of this situation. We understand that these things sometimes happens and unfortunately the company is at the mercy of other companies sending necessary parts to fix the issue. Only other recommendation is to change out the mattresses. They were not the most comfortable but definitely did not ruin our stay. Thanks Breckenridge Resort Managers for your prompt attention to the oven issue. We look forward to staying with you guys again next time!

  This home was spectacular, exactly what we were looking for! Driving to the home was a breeze and all of the streets were paved. The home was clean at check in and well maintained throughout. I liked the fact that there was room to spread out, and that there were multiple king sized beds throughout the property. The views from the porch are amazing at sunset! The only downside in my opinion is the steep driveway down to the property. I would definitely stay here again!

  Furniture is in need of replacement or repair. Chair was broken. Door knob was broken. Driveway was full of ice, which I understand but was slick and had been there awhile. Hot water situation was not good. 13 people in the house and many cold showers. We tried to space out showers, but you can only do that so many times. Company was helpful with some things that they could help with at that time.

    Update! The owner installed 2 new hot water heater tanks so no chance of running out of hot water now! We were able to repair the recliner arm which had been bent. We do have a professional snow plowing contract in the winter and provide ice melt for extra help. Spring in the mountains is tricky because the warmer temps melt snow during the day and then refreeze at night when the temp drops again. We always recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter/spring with good tire tread or snow tires.

  My sisters and I enjoyed a relaxing long weekend at this home. The views are incredible as others have noted. A highlight was the fire pit on the back deck (once we got it working). We looked forward to grabbing blankets and snuggling up in the evening and watching the stars appear. My sisters complained of the comfort of the beds in the master bedroom and downstairs room with the stove, however my bed was very comfortable in the room next to the bunk room.
  
  We used the hot tub a couple times. It's new and has lots of features.
  
  We saw two moose a house over.
  
  There is a shortish hiking trail opposite the home (~ 1 hour -- Barton Creek Loop) and you can see hikers coming down. Highly recommend.
  
  As with any rental, it will show wear and tear over time. The furniture in the living room shows it. The kitchen needs a good overhaul of supplies and organization. Lots of lids that don't have a matching pot...etc. And if the windows had been cleaned, the view would have been even more spectacular! That said, surfaces and bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again.

  This house was gorgeous and my family and i very much enjoyed our stay and the amazing views it has to offer. My only issue was that i could not figure out how to turn on the vent for the oven. One morning, while making breakfast, we set the smoke alarm off because the stove was not properly venting. Not a big deal, and we were able to air the house out by opening the windows. Other than that i have no complaints! I absolutely loved staying here!

  Unfortunately the management company was not there for check in and did not respond to our problems (no internet and the fire pit had no instructions) for roughly 20 hours when we were there for only 2 days. Therefore our first night had no internet and we couldn’t get the fire pit started. After 2 messages with an answering service and 3 text messages they the Airbnb app on the first night, I actually had to call them the next day around 4pm and get angry with them to even get someone there to fix the internet. And they make it seem like a couple named Toby and Lauretta own this property with a nice picture of a couple whom I found out is actually the owners of the management company. I asked that I speak to them and of course no call back. Terrible customer service. Not even an offer of a refund or anything they could do for us since we had no internet for more then half our stay. The house itself is big and parts are definitely nice, but it is in need of a face lift along with upgrades and numerous things need to be fixed. And the BBQ cost at best $100 when it was bought probably 10 years ago. I could go on, but that seems like enough to get the gist. It’s too bad because the view is beautiful and the location is pretty good. Just in need of a much better management company and a few upgrades here and there.
