  Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! We had plenty of room and everything we needed to cook meals. We live in Breckenridge but rented to get a change of scenery, a staycation. The view of the mountains was breathtaking and the kids had so much fun playing air hockey and pool. The hot tub being outside was magical to look at all the stars. This is really a special home.

  We had 3 separate families stay under this one roof and it worked out great. Two families had the grandparents and no one felt too close. The downstairs game room/tv room was perfect for teenagers and the adults enjoyed the deck with the stream nearby and the view of the mountains. An ideal place.

  Our Ski trip in March saw lots of snow. That being said, the shuttle stops in the area were inconvenient to walk to because of all the snow. It was a 1.4 mile drive to the Gondola parking lot so getting to the slopes was easy. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall, the accommodations were clean and in good condition. The inside of the house had a number of "group" areas with seating but for our crowd of 10, we could not all fit comfortably in any one space. We enjoyed the air hockey and pool table. There is a gas grill but we did not use that. The garage has parking for two but large vehicles such as a full size truck probably would not fit.

  This home accomodated our family of eight (Age 50+). Those closer to 50 took the two very nice bedrooms upstairs and left the two on the main floor for the 70+. The management company was very responsive to our needs. The home is just far enough from town to provide great view and close enough to walk if you're not from the low country.

  This is the second year that we have rented this home for our annual family ski house. Having five full bathrooms and four parking spots in a four bedroom house makes this work for our family. Next year we plan on getting a house with even more bedrooms, but otherwise we would consider returning.
  I wish that we had had a back up propane tank in the garage both years since by the time we realized the propane was out, it was too late to fetch any while still feeding everyone in a timely manner. We loved the family time spent playing pool and soaking in the hot tub, though. We always enjoy the views of the ski slopes from the living room windows. You know you are in ski country when you can watch the snow cats grooming the slopes after dark. We have made many special family memories in this house, and if we have the right number of people in the future, we could be back at this home for a third time.

  Amazing view, great Breck location. Air hockey game doesn’t work and bring your own pillow. Clean home. Home is family friendly however we had the unfortunate incidence of painters showing up so we lacked privacy which was a bit upsetting. I found out after the fact that management was not aware painters were to be there. We were enjoying family time on the deck and a painter started to lay down tarps and proceeded to paint the house and we had to move inside. But most upsetting was earlier I came out of the shower in the master bedroom and was beyond shocked to see a painter on the third floor deck and we had the door open as no AC in the house. I still feel violated and nightmares over this episode. We had been so looking forward to a relaxing family vacation.

  This home fit our family very well as various local relatives came and went over the rental period, We just washed the sheets and remade the beds as people switched out. We were able to make a lot of family memories for people from their twenties to their eighties.
  It was very handy to have a master suite on the main floor for my mom; she did not have to do a lot of stairs in this compact home. She could enjoy the fireplace in one of the main floor living areas and help with the jigsaw puzzle in the other main floor living room. And there were wonderful views out of the back of the house; bring your binoculars so you can see the skiers going down the slopes! And at night we could see the groomers' lights as they worked on the ski runs.
  The hot tub and the pool table were big hits with the crowd. Parking worked for four cars, though it was a tight fit getting into the garage. This house had enough space, but not a lot more than that. It provided just enough at a just right price, making it very good value for the money.
  The finishes all seemed high end. The owners have obviously cared for this home. And we quite enjoyed interacting with the management team.
  Extra kitchen storage would have been nice, but we put canned and boxed goods in the front hall furniture and the laundry room. If needed, we could have put more food downstairs in the wet bar area. It all worked out fine.
  We fully intend to come back to this lovely home on future ski house adventures.

  Our stay at 120 Rachel lane was a great experience from start to finish. We arrived to a immaculate and clean house. There was a two car garage and a driveway with plenty of space for multiple vehicles. There were plenty of rooms, bathrooms and beds for everyone without feeling crowded. The house has plenty of open space to gather and hang out. After hitting the slopes all day the hot tub felt amazing! The house is a couple minute walk to multiple free shuttle stops. This made getting to main street and the lifts a breeze. I highly recommend this house.

  Great for parties of any kind. The bunk beds were really awesome and the kids loved them. Some things weren't working (a couple of lights and the master curtains), but that's fine. The closeness to Breck was great. Yet, felt distanced. The views were sweeping and stunning, especially when relaxing in the hot tub. Living areas were ample and the game room was where we spent most of our time. Everything worked fine (except the digital scoreboard on the air hockey table) and was the source of a lot of good times and memories. PLUS, there's a great walking trail right outside the house. Perfect location.
