  The perfect location and the hot tub were our favorite things about this property. The view is amazing and we loved that everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. Communication throughout the planning and actual trip was great and instructions were very clear and easy to navigate. We did appreciate that we could do a late check out to allow is to catch up on sleep and clean up.
  Unfortunately inside the unit was a different experience. The uncomfortable beds and stained linens were a big problems with our stay for us. After the first night,my friend slept on the couch for the remainder of the stay because the beds were so incredibly uncomfortable. All three of us slept horribly because the mattresses were so stiff and noisy. The unit has a strong mildew and/or mold smell so I immediately had to open the back door and window whenever we entered or whenever we were downstairs. The carpet has numerous stains in the livingroom area which grossed me out. The nonstick pots and pans are scratched up, damaged and even missing handles. The food storage containers didn't gave lids with them and even after searching the cabinets and drawers we were unable to find matches. There were three of us yet there were only a few towels and for a place with a hot tub we ended up having to wash towels everyday.(I think there should be beach towels provided to use after the hot tub.) Overall, I was disappointed with our stay at Wellington.

  Stayed at a great place. It was perfect for our group. 5 minute walk to the gondola in the village to take us up to the hill and one block off Main Street. Had to go buy our own firewood. If a condo has a wood burning fireplace, they should have wood available to the guests. Pillows were not good. Everything else was very nice and the place was great.

  This unit was in a good location with easy access to Main Street. It has an excellent view of the mountains from the front. It was well-stocked with amenities and beds were comfortable.
  The only critiques I might make would be that the windows on the main level could use a cleaning and the entry way to the units in the back could use some fresh paint and sweeping. It would also be nice if regular cable were available with access to the sports and news channels.

  Great communication prior to arival with simple written out instructions for direct unit access. Keyed in, and were instantly set at easy by the open but cozy floor plan, and large private deck looking across to Breckenridge (views from Peak 6->10 and more!)
  
  Amenities in the kitchen were well stocked, always appreciate extra products for simple dishwashing (pods) laundry/washer detergents, trashbags, and all the food/kitchen extras youll need.
  
  Bedrooms were simple and perfect for the space, no need to spend time inside during the day, so it was nice to see space not wasted on unnecisary space, top floor bedroom has private rooftop-ish deck with views looking east at the morning sun.
  
  Bathrooms were nicely updated and very clean.
  
  Just one suggestion, update the TVs (24" in the bedroom keeps them feeling dated.)

  We were a family of 5 adults that stayed at Wellington #3. It was absolutely perfect. The location cannot be beat. A block off Main Street, walking distance to the Gondola, restaurants and shopping. The unit is the perfect size, the kitchen has everything you could need, the hot tub was the best after a day on the slopes overlooking main street and the slopes in the distance, and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

  Not my first Airbnb rental. Not my first time in Colorado. But it will be my first negative review for a host. No parking the first night due to road construction - understandable. Was told I could probably find a spot within a block. We were there for a wedding so our car was full of things to take in(at 10,000 feet). Why did the owners not ask the business downstairs if we could use one of their 5 empty spots? Condo was dirty. Even Airbnb said it was in "severe violation." All rooms need a thorough cleaning. Grease cup on junk gas grill had been overflowing for some time. Dining table, coffee table looking rough. Carpet not vacuumed very well. CHEAP hotel toilet paper, soaps, and shampoos (literally - Country Suites). Sheets felt like paper. Upstairs and living room were too warm. Hot tub service man came by unannounced. Told us he could have come in even if we weren't there. Can't enjoy the view from the living room because the windows are so dirty. Painted over light switches - classy. Discouragingly far below the standards of charm, thoughtfulness, and personal service that we have come to appreciate with Airbnb. When you call, you don't get "Toby or Lauretta." You get someone sitting at a desk. I was in town for my daughter's wedding and I was too embarrassed to invite any of the family to drop by. I understand the idea is to make a profit. But I stopped staying in hotels because they felt like hotels. And this was the Super 8 of condos.

  I'll start with the positives. The location can't be beat. Right downtown and easy walkability to the gondola and anything else you would want to do. It has a hot tub also- a key for our stay. However, that is where the positives end. All the windows had mold. No TVs worked and when I reached out, I was basically told no TVs was not an emergency so we would just have to deal with it. When we asked for more towels (showers and hot tub usage required we get more) we were told to just wash our towels and we couldn't get more. The washer dryer unit was so bad it took a FULL DAY to wash one load. I would never stay here again.

  This is a great, spacious townhouse and location can't be beat. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Overall it was a good stay but wished that the property had been cleaned more thoroughly. There was hair in the shower, on the bathroom floors, and thick dust and grime along the ledges in bathroom right where you hang your towels. All the wall art had a thick layer of dust and floors weren't vacuumed well. It just doesn't reassure you that the place is clean when you've got visible dust, dirt and hair. And seeing someone else's hair in the bathroom just grosses me out.

  The location is fantastic, and the kitchen is well-equipped. There are two areas we were unhappy with. Since there is no AC (like most of Breck), open windows are recommended in summer. Problem: some of the window shades are broken and don't lift up, so some windows can't be used for ventilation. And since there are no window screens, we had lots of flying insects to deal with (wasps, moths and flies). Second problem: There's a nice big upstairs balcony, but the patio furniture was rusty and broken, so enjoying the balcony wasn't possible.
  
  The management company would not enter the premises while we were there due to COVID, and since they did not address a broken light fixture outside, we didn't call them for anything further. So we give a qualified recommendation - if the lack of screens and balcony furniture don't bother you, it's a clean, well-located place to stay. We would stay there again if those things were addressed.

  1. The address is not the door of entry and we spent a long time with the taxi driver trying to find the door in the dark. Information should be made clearer.

  WOW...what a great place to stay from sunset views of Breck and ski resort from the hot tub and deck. Loved the very short walk to everything on main st. Morning choices to going skiing were the free bus to either peak 9 or gondola from the corner of Wellington and French. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, kitchen fully equipped like home with ss appliances, granite counters. Outdoor ski storage, plenty of parking, and quiet location makes this a place we will return to again and again. Soo clean, soo nice, killer views made us feel like a local. Rental management check on us to see if everything was what we expected and to see if we needed anything. The staff was so nice and professional they felt like family.
