This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it a great choice for families or groups. On the top level, you’ll find the luxurious master suite, featuring a king-size bed, a cozy gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The main level of the home offers even more space for relaxation and entertainment. The queen bedroom, complete with a private balcony and flat-screen TV (for DVD/Blu-Ray only), has an en-suite bath for added privacy. The open floor plan connects the fully outfitted kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it easy to gather together. No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises or grounds. This includes outside of the town home and on balconies. Smoking is prohibited by the Home Owner's Association and fines will be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside or outside the property.

The owner brings their dog for one visit per year. Although the home is thoroughly cleaned regularly, we have to disclose this for anyone who might have a dog allergy.

    8 of us went to celebrate a wedding and used this house as home base, love that each couple had their own floor for bedroom and bath. Only issue is we had 3 cars and only 2 spaces, option was given but we had to move 3rd car around and charged for parking.

    This was the perfect location for my group. 2 minute walk to the Snowflake lift, 8-10 minute to downtown Breck, all you need for your ski trip!

    We stayed 4 nights to ski. The location is great, with the Snowflake lift and bus/free-ride stop just across the street. The unit is a little worn and dated, although some nice updates have been done. Our biggest issues was the lack of parking. We had 2 full size pick-ups of which neither would fit in the single car garage. That left only one to park in the driveway (which barely fit) and the other had to be parked offsite at the ice rink, which was $40 per night and incredibly inconvenient. Keep this in mind if you have more than one 1arge vehicle staying at the property. The unit could use some larger rugs inside at the entry doors. We kept our shoes off but with the wet conditions and the super dirty garage floor, it was hard to keep things clean. The kitchen is well stocked, but there's almost too much random pots/pans/bowls/appliances. It could use a thorough cabinet clean out and reorganization. We had a good experience with the management company--they promptly took care of a broken window latch problem. Overall, this property was just "ok" for us and we would not likely stay there again.

    This house is a great weekend house. The only thing that is not great is parking - there is only room for 2 cars and overnight in Breck is VERY expensive. However, the house was great, Tony was super responsive.

    I would bring extra paper towel / trash bags as we didn't have very much.

    The setup is gorgeous, so close to town -we talked everyday to downtown and would stay again.

    We visted Mi Casa, RMU, Cecillas, and loved the hot tub!!

    The place was excellent. There was plenty of room for all occupants and the proximity to the chair lift was great. The hot tub was fantastic as well. Our only suggestion is to provide oven mitts and Tupperware in the kitchen. An outdoor grill would also be a nice addition.

    We had the best time during our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect with being so close to snowflake lift and still being so walkable to the center of town. The place was super clean and had everything we needed to be able to cook dinner every night. Highly recommend staying here to anyone and we hope to stay again!

    Our stay at Highlander 324 was amazing. Super spacious. More than enough room for everyone and no one was on top of each other. Lauren and Lauretta from the rental office made everything very easy to book, check-in and out, which made our stay even better because we did not have to worry about anything. Location is a 3 minute walk to the Snowflake Lift and a quick drive into town to explore. Hot tub was super hot and relaxing after a long day on the mountain. Kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget we could need. You won't regret booking this condo and we can't wait to come back.

    The location was great, and it was nice to have a private hot tub. However, there are no usable windows in the main floor bedroom. There is a sliding glass door, but it doesn't have a screen, so in order to get exterior air flow you either need to have the door open (letting in tons of bugs) or open the door to the living room (awkward). I also noted that some of the windows in the living room don't open due to broken cranks and/or locks that can't open due to the hardware from the window shade. Probably not an issue if you are traveling in the winter, but VERY hot in the summer, given no A/C. The beds/pillows weren't super comfortable, and the linens were very cheap/scratchy. I might recommend to bring your own. The unit is spacious, the living room couches are comfortable, and the kitchen appliances seem fairly new. Overall, great location and big enough for a group, but the unit is showing its age (carpeting could use replacing, or at least a good shampoo). I would have given it three stars overall, but bumped it to four, considering we got a great deal in the summer. I was also happy that although the management company couldn't do anything about having no windows in the bedroom, they were easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner.

    Not only is the location a dream for skiers, the property is too! Best location on the mountain, easy to get to the lifts and a quick walk into town. We had 8 guests total for a week and fit very comfortably in the home. The home is very updated and especially accommodating for that large of a group. Not to mention the hot tub is perfect after a long day in the snow!
