  We were delighted with our rental at 368 Settlers Drive. The owner communicated regularly and answered all of our questions promptly. The kitchen, living room, and dining area open concept made the living space feel large and bright. The entire unit has lots of windows, making the space bright and friendly. The deck backs up to a forest of lodgepole pines and feels private. The kitchen is well-stocked with quality appliances. Bedrooms were adequately large, and having three and a half baths was so helpful. The master bath, with a jetted tub, was outstanding. Probably two minutes from town in a beautiful tree-filled development. The fireplace was on at the flip of a switch, and the large sofa and lounge chair provided more than adequate comfortable seating. We would certainly rent this unit again!

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this rental. But we have a few concerns that felt like needed to be addressed. Upon arrival, I found a dirty sock and feminine product trash in one of the rooms and the master bedroom sheets did not seem to be clean. We washed them ourselves the first night. None of the bathrooms had trash cans and with several flights of stairs, that was quite frustrating.
  Our biggest concern was the hot water. We had next to none the entire trip. I wish we would’ve known about all the stairs and the water situation, I have 3 kids under 5, so the trip was a little more stressful than I was hoping for. This place is good for adults who can handle issues like mentioned above, but I don’t recommend for small children.

  Our family had a wonderful stay at Settlers Dr. We had plenty of room for all 4 of our adult children. It is very close to the bus system which made getting around without a car so simply. This property was very clean and supplied with everything we needed to feel right at home. We cooked most of our meals in the beautiful kitchen.   This house is perfect! Every room has access to a bathroom. Split level so everyone can enjoy privacy at night. Super clean and a bonus hot tub overlooking the Nordic trail. Best of all is the location. It’s no exaggeration how close the house is to the gold bus route that can bring skiers to the mountain and non skiers into town for free in just minutes. Definitely recommend checking out Frisco and Vail if the trip allows and having a 4x4 vehicle.

  Wonderful place for a family. Very spacious and comfortable. Furniture was very comfortable and fit all 6 of us perfectly. All the amenities you need. The only issue we had was the heat not working upstairs in master bedroom. The management company brought us some space heaters until someone came to look at it. Even after they came, it still didn't work but the space heaters worked just fine for us so we didn't contact them again. Loretta was very helpful with dining suggestions.

  This property could not have been a more perfect choice for our family to enjoy this past Christmas season! Large windows in the family room area gave us breathtaking views of the 30 inches of snow which fell during our stay, the kitchen was very well-equipped with EVERYTHING we needed, and bedrooms were large and truly comfortable. All bathrooms were clean and up to date...zaccuzi tub in Master. (Loved the sitting niche outside Master bedroom!) Hot tub available off a bedroom on lower level and washer/dryer for snow-soaked ski clothing on that level! Easy access to one-car garage perfect for sleds, heavy snow clothes, skis, and boots. One tiny complaint is that we would have liked for the fireplace to have put out more heat. Easy walk to "free bus" system and Nordic Center (We enjoyed watching skiers on the cross-country track that runs right behind the cabin!) where one can find food and warmth as well as exercise. Property company had front porch swept/shoveled almost daily as more than 3 inches of snow fell every day we were there. The ambience of the townhouse was cozy, quiet, clean, welcoming from our first entrance there. We would LOVE to use this property again in the future as we had a "Hallmark Movie Christmas" there!💖

  Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this house. The interior was cozy and clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was excellent. My one (small) complaint was the bed in the master bedroom. I know that everyone has their own personal preferences for how firm or soft a mattress should be. I personally found the 6-inch memory foam mattress topper too squishy and did not sleep well. Luckily, I was able to trade with my daughter for a bed on one of the other rooms and slept much better.

  Really cute place in excellent location (just a few minutes up to skier drop-off & also quick to go down into town), great condition, well stocked dishes, pots & pantry items. Hot Tub was really great.
  We had 4WD but roads were well maintained after heavy snow. Our big SUV with ski racks was too tall for garage but wasn't a problem.
  Upstairs chair that converts to twin was not comfy enough for a teenager but might work for a small child.

  We really enjoyed our week in Breckenridge. The town required masks and seemed to be doing all they could within COVID guidelines. Our family hiked, biked, visited coffee shops, and mostly cooked in. The idea was to get away and enjoy the mountains but still stay as safe as possible.
  This property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The living room furniture was very comfortable and the whole open floor plan was warm and spacious. It had everything we needed to prepare our meals and I love that we also had access to a washer/dryer. There was a grill so we could grill chicken and burgers and used the hot tub several times. With adult children along, it was awesome to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  It was very accessible to the town - about 1.4 miles from Main Street. It is an easy bike ride or walk downhill to mainstreet and also an easy gondola or black line bus ride back up the hill. Both transported bikes as well. Since the house is very close to the Nordic Center, the black line bus stop and the gondola stops... getting around was very easy. We drove our car to different hiking trailheads. It was a great property and a great vacation!!!

  We stayed at 368 Settlers for 3 weeks in February - March. The location next to the Nordic Center was fantastic. Just a short walk to shuttle to skiing and town. The home is very comfortable with two double beds and one king. This is great for a family or several couples. The hot tub is private. The neighborhood was quiet while we were there and a moose visited behind on the Nordic skiing trail.

  I contacted the office to inform them that we would not be able to arrive before 5 PM. The gentleman that I spoke with told me to look for an email with instruction for late check in info. I also downloaded the app called “Hospitality” which was of no use. I called the after hour’s number and talked with an answering service. She was very helpful, and within a few minutes we were on our way to 368 Settlers Drive. The house was beautiful and warm, very welcoming.

  We stayed for the Christmas holiday, and it was magical. The property is located within a few minutes of downtown, Peak 8, a bus stop, and the Nordic ski center. It is a spacious and well-appointed home with plenty of room for our whole family. We enjoyed every second and loved the opportunity to be able to stay!

  This home was awesome. Everyone had there own private bathroom and a half bath on the main floor. In our party we had 3 couples so it was perfect. We had no children with us but if you took children there would be plenty of space. There is tons of extra items that are very nice from coffee filters, dish soap, blow dryers, straighteners and even small shampoos. The only complaint I would we all had was the beds and pillows were not good at all. The pillows were basically boulders and the beds are just really uncomfortable. You are walking distance to the bus stop. The private hot tub was also a bonus. They kept the driveway and road cleared. Overall all it is a wonderful rental!
