  This house had a great location and layout. However, it was obvious that the owner never sees this house and that this is one of many houses that the management company manages. There are no screens on many of the windows in a house that had no AC.... some of which you could literally fall out of! The coffee maker didn't work for 2 mornings- management struggled to address without about 5 separate calls. They never did provide conditioner- which not a big deal, but don't put it on your listing that it's provided. They provided little hotel one night stay shampoo and lotions (we stayed for 6 nights) and it appeared that whomever leaves these can't tell the difference between lotion and conditioner.

  We had a wonderful stay here. The view outside of the balcony was outstanding and just got with the snow and the mountains to stare at and enjoy the wildlife. The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay at a 5 star place.

  Nice home off Boreas Pass. Dated furniture and appliances, but suited our needs well. Close to shuttle route to downtown Breck and convenient to get to numerous hiking trails and other outdoor adventures. Quiet area off the beaten path. Property managers were quick to respond to requests such as no propane and a partially filled hot tub. Would recommend to anyone looking to be near the hub or Breck, but have quiet and lovely mountain view. Plan to bring your own coffee & filters but other "supplies" were sufficient.The hot tub is not covered, so when it's raining heavily, it's not very comfortable to use. Plethora of spices available, but no cooking oil. Loved having the convenience of parking in the garage.

  The mountain views from the unit were great. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and den were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with a good equipped kitchen, comfortable den and nice decks. While the unit was clean it needs new carpeting and a new bbq pit.

  For the price I was expecting it to be kept up. It felt it a bit “ran down” on inside and out. Carpet was dirty especially on the steps. If we were able to see the way it was situated on the property outside by the pictures we wouldn’t have rented. Screens missing in master. Washer didn’t work properly and we were told it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay.
  
  When we asked questions about getting it fixed we were responded to quickly. We had a toilet seat that was busted and maintenance came out that day so that was the plus.

  This was an amazing home for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. All six of us slept comfortably and had enough space. Everything you need is in this home if you want to cook, lounge around and use the hot tub. The host gave us great instructions and everything was pretty easy to follow. It’s about 5 minutes from Main Street which you can access a lot of stores, restaurants, and winter activities. Literally the one of the best homes I’ve stayed in and would definitely recommend for groups and families.

  Loved the wooded setting of the house. Far enough from town to escape the crazy traffic in downtown Breck. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely return!
