    Overall this was a good rental experience. I will just cover some specifics:
    - we used all 3 bedrooms plus the sofa sleeper. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. No shared bathroom though 2 of the bed-baths were near their doors and accessible. The sofa sleeper was the most comfortable ever. If you don't like very firm pillows bring your own.
    - the unit was very comfortable with a nice 6 person dinning area, comfortable living room and furniture.
    - the kitchen was just ok. cabinets were well organized and labelled. mostly well stocked though missing some basic supplies (e.g. foil and plastic wrap).
    - fix the kitchen! Most of the cabinets were held closed with hair ties because none of the hinges keep the doors closed. Annoying to have to take the ties off/on when using the kitchen. Really weird since replacing hinges is a cheap and simple fix. Also the stove was not leveled front to back which just showed a lack of attention. This wasn't just was significant slope affecting use of fry-pans.
    - the hot tub was GREAT. Clean, hot, well maintained. Easy and close access. Though not "private" we were the only ones using it during our stay.
    - several restaurants and the downtown area very walkable. well stocked grocery within 3 blocks.

    If the minor (but annoying) kitchen issues were addressed I would recommend this property.

    This is a great place to stay. The place is very clean, all modern conveniences, 3 bedrooms a bit small but all you really need is a place to rest your head, I mean you’re in Breckenridge, don’t spend all your time inside. All bedrooms have their own private full baths with showers, clean and great water pressure. We had a carbon monoxide First Alert detector start beeping 10pm Saturday and found batteries in a drawer but after changing the batteries it kept beeping. I texted the manager and they responded right away saying to remove batteries and wait till the next morning to replace the unit as it had expired in 2007. It was replaced and no further issues with it. It’s in a great neighborhood, never felt unsafe, close enough to walk to Main St to shop & eat & shop & shop. I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend this property to family and friends to stay.

    Our rental experience was great. Place was clean and perfect space for our group of 6. Our only complaint is that none of us could sleep well because the pillows are way to hard and over-stuffed, would recommend different pillow options.

    One of the bedrooms/bathrooms colder than other rooms but managing agent supplied a space heater. Great location.

    Our family of five loved your home away from home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Main Street through the cut through across the street. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved the heated floors and cozy fireplace.

    Great condo. The property was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen is well-equipped (even had 2 coffee makers: a Keurig and a traditional drip). The breakfast area can easily seat 8 people. The furniture is new and comfortable.

    Main street is a short walk away. The Blue Route bus stops right by the property(100 feet to the bus stop) and leads to either the base of Peak 9 or the Gondola.

    There is also a great park with a playground and a sledding hill right behind the property (walking distance). There is even a small grocery store a couple of blocks away. We never used our car except for grocery shopping. We will return to this property. It was perfect.

    This rental unit was perfect for our long weekend in Breckenridge. The kitchen is fully stocked, allowing us to cook all of our meals. We had plenty of space to relax and socialize. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was just a few steps out the door of our unit. There was a shuttle to take us to the slopes right outside the unit as well. We will absolutely stay here again!!
