  We enjoyed our stay very much! The thermostat seemed to not work that well as we tried turning the temp down and it remained pretty hot throughout the condo. Maybe add a few more towels! Overall, great communication, great location, and worked very well for us!

  Condo is nice inside but you can hear EVERYTHING around you. People walking in the hallway, people on the stairs, people in unit above, traffic outside. Hard to sleep with all the noise.

  Great spot! Everything was exactly as advertised. The hot tub and heated indoor pool were very nice after a day on the slopes. We also loved the comfy couches and easy-on gas fireplace that doubled as a heater. I have no hesitation recommended this unit with Breck Resort Managers.

  Overall, we had a great stay at Longbranch. This condo is well equipped with necessary pots, pans and utensils. Our gas fireplace did not work and we had a leak under our sink, but after sending an email to management - it was fixed that same day. Location was convenient to downtown and within walking distance to the gondola. Furniture is very nice and comfortable. My only advise would be to update or add some larger cooking dishes for meals, and more tupperware to store leftovers. I would stay here again.

  We spent 3 nights in this condo. It was very adequate, but a little dated and run-down. The location was great, as we could easily walk downtown, to the gondola, etc.

  Don't understand why the host couldn't have handed us our packet instead of using the lock box. We were there before the office was closed. Was told she would send an email explaining the process of getting the key and packet. When I chked my email, it had not arrived in my inbox until about 30 minutes after we had arrived. So went inside since they were open and when I asked what I needed to do, she sat there explaining like I knew what she was talking about. If she had got up to get my packet since I was in her office then we wouldn't have messed up bothering her to come to the garage to give us the appropriate key. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, she walked away not saying anything which was a sign that she was not happy with us. The idea of social distancing STILL could have been achieved. The cleanliness of our condo was very poorly cleaned. It didn't look like it had been vacuumed. Dead moths were on the floor in a couple rooms. Furniture was very dusty to the point you could write or draw pics on them. The balcony off the master was horrible. The outside of the grill was filthy and the cover for the grill was laid half on the table which was covering a "grass pad for dogs" with dog feces on it. [next to the grill] In the instructions for cleaning dishes/dishwasher apparently wasn't met from the previous guest/owner. The red measuring cups in the drawer were laced with dried eggs on a couple of them. Might want to check them out. One of the pillows on the bed had a body odder on it as if it hadn't been washed. Why isn't there screens on the patio doors so fresh/cool air can come through without bugs coming in. CHEAP!!! If quest's break them, they need to be responsible for them.
  When we booked this place, it would have been nice to mentioned/list that because of COVID, the pool and sauna will not be operable. Kids were disappointed!!! Noticed that a nice hotel had their saunas open for their guests.
