If you prefer, hop on the free shuttle just outside the complex to quickly reach any of Breckenridge's base areas, or take a short walk to explore the charming shops and restaurants on Main Street. After a day on the slopes, unwind at the newly remodeled Columbine pool and hot tubs, located just behind the complex.

This second-floor condo boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, with ample space for the entire family. Step inside to a large foyer with plenty of storage to unload gear after a day of adventure. The spacious living room features cozy seating around a fireplace, perfect for relaxation after a day on the mountain. Step out onto the private deck to enjoy beautiful views of the ski area.

  Property Management not very cordial to requests. Beds were uncomfortable. Loft is unsafe for anyone to sleep, due to slanted ceilings, easy to bang heads. One positive is the location was great

  We had a great time in Breckenridge. The condo was exactly as pictured and was fully stocked with everything we needed. It is a short walk into town or the free shuttle picks you up across the street. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus. There were a few hiking trail right around the property. This was a great place to stay.

  The property was exactly as presented and a very good location in Breckenridge. Bus stop right across the street however frankly faster to just walk into town. Really no surprises and a good place to stay.

  Comfortable rental with Nice amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. Master bedroom in desperate need of cleaning and update as the furniture is in disrepair. The amount of dust was overwhelming and the sliding doors were COVERED in sticky kid hand prints. Looks like they are in the process of finalizing modernizing the unit, but still so work to do and the cleaning crew needs to be talked to. Also, no Kleenex in the Kleenex boxes and found a strangers bra and underwear IN THE BEDDING of the Master. We cleaned the sheets ourselves. Comfortable sofa, good location with easy walking access to skiing and walking to town. I would fire the cleaning crew, however.

  Lances West 6 was a great place to stay. We had 5 in our party, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook full meals. There was plenty of room at the table for everyone to sit and enjoy breakfast together. The furniture is comfortable and it was nice sitting on the porch drinking coffee. There is a washer and dryer and dishwasher which makes keeping up with laundry and cleaning very easy. They even supplied travel size toiletries for the bathroom. There were plenty of towels, blankets, ect. They also have three tvs, books to read, and games to play on rainy days. There is a pool and hot tub on site, and there are several trails for hiking nearby. The bus stop is close, but it isn't too far to actually walk downtown. We had a great stay.

  We had a great time here in Colorado and in this rental. The place was great! I had to call once for something and they had it to us quickly. Short walk to town and to the lift for skiing. The town of Breckenridge is adorable with some great restaurants and shops. Would absolutely recommend this place to stay.

  This rental was exactly what we were looking for. We knew we would be spending most of our time on the slopes, so it was great to have a homebase that wasn't too far from the mountain. Quicksilver lift is about a 10 minute walk away in ski boots/gear. The location for the price was perfect. Thanks for providing a great place for our group to rest at when we weren't skiing.

  This rental is within walking distance to everything including the pool, peak 9 lifts and downtown!. It was cozy for two families with enough room for all to eat together. There are lots of stairs but we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the queen beds were squeaky and more uncomfortable as the week progressed.
