    The property was in a great location and just perfect for me and my son. Only complaint is that there was no fireplace (listed in description and shown in pictures) which is one of the reasons we chose that property. Other than that definitely would recommend and would stay again.

    Pros: Good location very close to the bus stop which will take you to the slopes or into town. 2 hot tubs that we enjoyed after a day of skiing. Smoking allowed outside for those of you who would like to "partake" in the local cuisine. Coat rack in the hallway was great to accommodate all of our gear.

    Cons: no fireplace as shown in the description - didn't really need it. Early check in would have been nice.

    Overall, we had a nice stay.

    My family had a great experience at the vacation rental! The property manager was very attentive to a small glitch we had with the laundry room door locking with his quick response. The rental itself is dated and there was no fireplace as the pictures advertised but it was close to skiing! The location is not the greatest to drive into town aprés during high season.

    Summary: NOTHING about this condo is luxurious, but the location is great. It seemed clean, but extremely old and cheap.

    Good:
    -Location: Best location with easy access to peak 7 and 8 as well as down town on the Gold Bus route. .
    -Condo Management: Check in was easy. Manager was available and responsive immediately. Checkout was easy
    -Parking was available and close, but lot is tight and sometimes icy
    -Hot water and heater works: nuff said

    Bad:
    -Appliances are extremely old and outdated.
    -Pots, pans: mix and match at best. Able to make due, but very old and outdated.
    -Everything in the place is the cheapest option, old and outdated.
    -cabinets are old and if you pull them too hard, they just come out of the cabinet. All of the doors creak
    -The walls / ceiling is very thin. Every noise from this unit or the unit above will wake you up
    -no deadbold on the door
    -Furniture, beds and sheets are old and uncomfortable.
    -Hard to find outlets to charge phones without moving the beds.

    I hate to to the guy to flame and leave a bad review, but if you stay here you better bring ear plugs. I got the worst sleep of my life here. Constant dripping sound near the star way that runs all night, paired with hearing ALL movement from above.

    This place was wonderful. Easy access to the shuttle when we needed it but also an easy walk up to the peak for summer fun. The half bath was such a nice addition, so many places sleep a group but bathroom access is limited. We had a problem with the WIFI when we arrived and they fixed it promptly.

    This unit was easy to access with only a few steps to the front door and a 2 block slightly uphill walk to the ski bus. We enjoyed the fireplace and had no issues with using it. This unit had plenty of room and good storage. The kitchen had adequate cookware although a few more microwaveable bowls or casserole dishes would have been helpful. The stacked washer and dryer were a handy amenity. Ample supplies of paper products, soaps etc. were a pleasant surprise. One bedroom has a porch light outside the window and we had to cover the shaded window with a towel to reduce the light coming in at night. Unit was found very clean, and we had a quiet stay. Management company easy to work with. We would stay again.

    This spot is in a great location. 2-3 minute walk from the nearest shuttle to the base of Peak 8. Easy to access, parking right outside, and a ski storage locker. We loved the fireplace and the open layout. It would be nice to have it updated (appliances, furniture, floors/walls, etc.). Overall a good value.

    My wife grew up in Breckenridge, I lived up in Summit county back in the early 90s. This condo was a very comfortable stay which reminded us of Breckenridge back then. Granted, there were updates to much of the condo, which were nice touches. The bed, unlike previous reviews, was comfortable with a memory foam topper. The carpet looked new and the condo was clean as a whistle. The only thing that really reduced the score for my stay was the fiddly fireplace. I had to keep the front panel down otherwise something would short out the pilot light and it'd turn off. Keeping the panel down after lighting the pilot worked just fine. Contact-less check in was wonderful. Coffee machine and oven and fridge worked perfectly. Cable *could* use an upgrade to higher def, but I wasn't staying there to watch movies, so it didn't bother me much anyway. All in all a very comfortable place in a good quiet location just outside of town.
