    Atrium was an excellent place to stay in Breckenridge. The condo felt like a true mountain getaway but still had everything we needed to be comfortable day-to-day. The layout was practical, the furniture and amenities were in good shape, and nothing felt worn out or neglected. We especially appreciated how easy it was to settle in right away: no surprises, no “gotchas,” just a well-maintained unit that matched expectations.

    The location was a major win. Getting around town and to the resort was simple, and we felt safe the entire time. It’s a convenient spot that makes your trip easier instead of adding friction.

    Cleanliness was solid. The unit was clearly cleaned thoroughly before arrival, and everything from the main living areas to the bathroom and kitchen was in order.

    Breckenridge Resort Managers also did a great job. The reservation process was smooth, communication was clear, and check-in/check-out was straightforward. Overall, Atrium is a dependable, comfortable, and well-managed rental that we’d happily stay in again and recommend to others.

    The condo was SO clean and everything was provided including shampoo and lotion. There was a beautiful fireplace and hot tub. We had such a great time and it was so close to town that when we parked our car in the garage, we never had to use it. I definitely would go back for another visit.

    We owned in Breckenridge for 25 years and sold in 2021. But we still love the summers there, and so we decided to rent. Resort Managers was recommended to us by our good friends from Breckenridge Jewelers. It was an excellent recommendation. The people were friendly, and the price was reasonable. The location of the place we rented, The Atrium, was perfect for us, close enough to Main Street to walk and near enough to Boreas Pass for an additional morning stroll. Resort Managers was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. When an issue with the TV arose, they took care of it expeditiously. They supplied us with extra necessities and were truly caring about our comfort. We have already booked with them for the summer of 2024.

    Great trip just a few suggestions.
    1. Hot tub door code was not correct as provided so we were not able to use it for two days
    2. Hang the TV in the master. It was sitting on a Pictionary box leaning on a bar stool in the corner
    3. Bus system was not running (not owners fault) should have been made aware. Stated in the description this was an option.
    4. Could update cabinets (just paint new counters) this would give the place a brand new feel.
    5. Resort manager was prompt with her responses to the hot tub issue.

    Otherwise we had a nice time and would stay again.

    This was a great place to stay... convenient to Peak 9 of Breckenridge Ski Resort and many restaurants and shopping opportunities in Breckenridge Village. The full kitchen made meal time easy and cheaper than going out all the time. The fireplace was perfect for apres ski and for our Christmas celebration. Our only complaint was that the building isn't very sound proof and we had noisy late-night neighbors upstairs. We would definitely stay in this charming and convenient condo.

    I booked this place online and thought we would have to take the shuttle everywhere. I was wrong! We were close enough we could walk to the rental shop and then the slopes were right around the corner. We were able to walk to restaurants each night on
    Main Street. This condo was very clean and came with many supplies to start your vacation. I would highly recommend this place!
