  Great little spot for a family snowboarding vacay. Walking distance to the lifts, shops, and restaurants. Clean, cozy, and everything we needed. Only downside was an abysmally uncomfortable mattress that should've been replaced years ago....

  We had another wonderful vacation in Breckenridge. The lodging was excellent. Everything was updated. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is definitely for one person at a time, but otherwise very clean with everything working properly. The best thing is the location. Everything on Main Street is easily accessible. We thoroughly enjoyed morning walks down the river walk. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying at this location.

  Was in a great area, nice balcony for people watching, very close to everything in downtown Breckinridge. And we are from Illinois, not Seattle.
  One thing: we did not know how to work the thermostat, maybe a little explanation would have helped, then we would have been able to turn the air down like requested, instead we turned it off.

  The location cannot be better! The c ondo is within walking distance of everything you might need. A nice surprise was that this condo is updated which does not shows up in the pictures. The place has everything you need! The only complain was the bedding which I found uncomfortable. Overall, I was super happy with this choice and recommend it

  We loved our stay. This place had everything we needed. Perfect location, walk into town or across the street to the lift. Lots of hooks which were super convenient. good size for 2-4 people. A bit outdated, as you’ll see in other reviews but location makes up for that

  Great location, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect ski weekend. If I had two small nits, it's that: 1.) our key didn't actually work in the outer door (the one leading to the inner courtyard) so it was an issue whenever that door was locked, and 2.) it would be great to have a luggage storage space somewhere on the property for those whose flights leave a bit later than the check-out time. The property management company did let us store our bags at their office, which we appreciated, but the office is just a tad bit far from the property. Otherwise, we had a great time and would stay here again.

  You can't get a better spot than this if you want to be near the lifts - it was so easy! I also brought the wrong pair of boots, by accident, so I rented downstairs - easy peasy! Super nice to have covered indoor parking as well - it was a surprisingly tall clearance for an old building.

  We had an excellent Thanksgiving in Breckenridge. The condo sits in a great location. It was easy to find. Parking was easy. Galley kitchen for making our Thanksgiving dinner.

  Check in process is a mess here. Great value. Excellent location. I can’t recommend staying in the middle of town enough. Just know that when you book here it’s a pain in the entire *** to get all the necessary codes to have a decent stay here. Good luck.
