  We rented this exact property two years ago and since then the flooring has been updated along with the paint. We also appreciate the underground parking. I will point out that in the pictures of the unit showed a grill on the deck and even the folder in the room talked about the grill. Yet when we arrived the grill was gone. Which was a bummer because I planned our menu for the week with being able to use it. So hopefully they can update their pictures and documents to reflect that change. I notified the management company but they never got back to me about it or any type of compensation for misrepresenting the condos amenities. Not a huge deal. Just disappointing. I would still rent it again. It’s cozy and close to base 9 and downtown.

  As always we had a fabulous holiday in Breckenridge, the reason we return to this property is for the location and convenience to all that Breckenridge has to offer! The owner has had the condo renovated to a lovely fresh standard. One thing we did mention to the management team is that the rugs in all rooms need attention with regard to ‘pinning/nailing’ down in order to prevent tripping hazards, along with longevity of the lovely rugs.   Great Condo, Superb location - the management company were great (as always), nothing was too much trouble. The only point I would raise is, if you are staying for several weeks (as we were), the cooking pots and pans could do with a re-fresh, albeit a small thing, when cooking and preparing meals etc there is a lack of suitable pots etc. I would highly recommend this property, we will be back.

  Highly recommend this condo unit #108 Columbine and also Breckenridge Resort Managers. We stayed a week in January at Breck and they were very helpful and responsive and this unit is gorgeous! Spacious, every convenience, updated and comfy. Quick walk to lifts, hot tub and Main Street. Great location!

  This was our 3rd visit to Breck and our 2nd time staying at Columbine 108. Location is great - a short walk to Quicksilver lift and right at the doorsteps to main street. The unit was outfitted with everything needed for a clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to eat in or downtown Breck is just steps away if you prefer dining out. The heated underground garage parking was a plus, although we rarely used our rental car due to everything being within walking distance. We arrived early and the mgmt co was able to arrange for an early check in and was available for anything we needed during our stay. We will be back!

  Our Breckenridge stay at Columbine Condos was all that we excepted. The Columbine Condo was exactly as pictured and very clean and cozy. The view of the trees I was beautiful. Whenever we needed to ask questions the response time was prompt and friendly. We enjoyed hiking on the path behind the condos and along the Peak 9 trail. My husband enjoyed being able to walk over to Peak 9 lift and hit the slopes for some great snowboarding. It’s also close to walking downtown to shop and eat. I would highly recommend but don’t want you share this gem, so I can have the availability when I want to return.

  We had a wonderful extended weekend at Columbine 108. The unit is clean with all of the necessities needed for a nice stay (except coffee - which was easily remedied at a nearby store). The location is great. Very close proximity to town, easily walkable, with a lot trails nearby. The Managers were very responsive to small items that we needed, including extending our stay by a night.

  The property was ideal for our 4 week stay. It is a short walk to the QuickSilver lift, there are bus stops within 5 minutes and the town centre is about 15 minutes away.
  
  The condo had everything we needed except a kettle, we contacted the resort managers who had one delivered before the end of the day, fantastic service.
  
  Being from the UK we didn’t have transportation but didn’t have any issues shopping at the City Mart and carrying our goods home. If you are from the US then you can have goods delivered by Instacart.
  
  All in all I would recommend this property.

  We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in this small but roomy condo. My husband, son and his Girlfriend all stayed here. There was plenty of room for all of us to be together and yet have space. The kids loved how close to the lifts it was for them to come back for lunch and hit the slopes again. Great walking paths and so close to shopping. Don’t forget to stop by the Trolley for some delicious crape’s.

  We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. My only complaint was that we arrived to the area early. we called the property management and asked if the unit was ready and could we get in a little early. they said we could not because the entry code was set for 4pm. Turned out that was not true. it was a dial lock box with the key inside. we could have easily gotten in early, but they made us wait.

  We really enjoyed this rental!
  Pros:
  It was in the perfect location! It is close to town, yet far enough away to enjoy sitting on the patio in a peaceful setting. It was close to the hot tubs, which are set up very nicely. We visited those daily! The unit was very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked.
  Cons:
  The bedding was very cheap and not very comfortable. There was only 1 washcloth or small rag in the unit. The directions sent from the rental company need to be updated. Some old information caused confusion at check in. Another small suggestion would be to have a fan for use during the summer months. There is no ac and the unit felt a bit stuffy at times. Even with the door/window open air didn't circulate well.

  The place was well furnished with an unbeatable location. But there was something in the house that made us all very congested. The first night was a disaster, couldn't sleep at all. So we washed all the covers and sheets and it got much better but still very stuffy the whole time so we tried to stay outside as much as possible. Who knows, some of this is probably out of their control but washing everything isn't. Some sort of discount would have been nice.

  It was perfect for what we were looking for. The only downside was, it looked bigger in the pictures than in real life. Fortunately it was perfect for the two of us. Along those lines, I wish the bed was a king rather than a queen. Also it would be great if there were a humidifier there. That dry air wreaks havoc on my sinuses ... true for many flat-landers. And finally, a little better grade of toilet paper would make a big difference in professional appearance. (We're Airbnb hosts as well.)

It is 757 sq ft and typical for Breck is about 600 sq ft. So sorry about the dry air, we definitely have humidifiers we can bring over upon guest request. We'd love to host you again!

  Bedding - new mattress and pillows needed. Our backs hurt after 7 nights and we were glad to get back to a better mattress at home.

  Columbine 108 is exactly as described. Cozy, well-stocked, close to Quicksilver lift ((5 minute walk) and to Main Street. The underground parking is quite beneficial. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
  
  The only suggestion I would make is for the condo management company to install a light near the key-retrieval lockbox - it was very difficult to see the combo-lock numbers when trying to retrieve the keys. Other than that - perfect!

  It's in a great location. A few issues - Dirty towel left on hook in bathroom. An almost empty bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. Washer/Dryer combo is not worth it. Takes a very long time to wash and dry. Somewhat confusing to use. Glass sliding door in master bedroom is a little unfortunate. Anytime someone is in the bathroom the light is very bright.
